During my summer internship at Resideo in 2022, I had the opportunity to work on designing new creative deliverables for the Demand Response program. My responsibilities included developing visual language through graphic design techniques to promote brand awareness and communicate a more impactful message to the customer. Through my efforts, I was able to effectively encourage customer engagement with the product and achieve marketing objectives.
Demand Response - Utilities and Cooling Season (Summer Project)
Resideo is the manufacturer of Honeywell Home Thermostats; the marketing team would like to optimize the messaging to homeowners about these programs to drive enrollment with their utility. We need to create new messaging that is easy to understand what the program is, how it works, and how you, as a homeowner, have control. Additionally, we need to identify the specific assets that need to be updated and A/B test the new messaging to see if it increases.
